Triangle of Life does not work here

2/18/2016 - The theory behind the "Triangle of Life"  usually resurfaces after a major earthquake occurs overseas. 

Drop, Cover, and Hold works here because current Washington building standards are designed to prevent or minimize building collapse.  Studies show most injuries are from falling and flying objects, not collapsed buildings.
